Almost immediate redness, swelling and itching

Bought the his after reading good reviews about the product, and supposed to have god quality, good size for the price and the package looks decent. This is meant for sensitive skin so the composition should be good and gentle. The produce is creamy and flavor is like vanilla. It feels smooth when applied on skin in the morning as cleanser. I thought it was good until I started to feel burning and stinging sensations on skin. Immediately rinsed off with plenty of water and tried to calm it down with rose water and moisturiser but my face only gets redder and more swollen until it started to look blotchy and felt almost painful. I was panicking and decided to use cleansing balm from another brand to wash off everything again and to my relief this works well and the burning sensation ceased. I applied rose water to help the skin to calm down, follow by moisturising serum and essential oil blended with lavender which has superb calming effect. Finally skin looks normal again in colour and all swelling subsided. I have combination skin with small sensitivity, am in my late 40s. I have tried quite many different products and the most is I get old bumps or pimples on my face but never have I expected the experience I had with this cream. It’s Totally scary and I throw the whole bottle away and will never buy this brand again as I am not sure if similar formulation would be used in their other products and I didn’t want to risk it. This might be just in my case but I just want to share my experience. If you find this review useful please give me a like
