I liked this and dislike normal creatine which does have a synthetic like flavour in my opinion so this was a great way to get the 5g of creatine and an easy to use one serve per sachet. I dont notice any difference when I take creatine but I believe its a good supplement for body and brain and you have to eat so much red meat everyday to get enough of it in your diet.
