It is for daily use because it is very light and has a wonderful scent to it it smells like fresh powder but not overpowering. I love the packaging because you can control the portion you want to use, it doesn’t feel heavy at all , but i would recommend applying it daily as well as 2 times a day if you have been doing heavy work under the sun or sports.
