It taste terrible and change my urine color but I get so energetic after I use it i feel healtier and active but if u have a healthy diet u dont need it. I think most new mothers need it bcuz usually dont have time to eat

Who is struggling with lactation can fix this problem immediately. This formula of vitamins and minerals works very well for me.
