I get it, it is my fault, that I bought it even after seeing "best by" date as July 2023 for this product. I was thinking that being "SPECIALTY" coffee, its validity is max half-a-year, so I assumed it being roasted maybe around autumn 2022. But it is roasted in July 2021! Grinded. I admit I am very new to coffee tasting, but if I understood right anything, two-years-from-now coffee is no good. And it tasted just like that at least for me.

This coffee is affordable but there's a bitterness to it that I'm not entirely fond of... sort of a lack of complexity in the roast. I will look for other options, perhaps by this brand, in the future
