I purchased this for brain fog and detoxification. I do seem to benefit . the alcohol taste isn't very strong in water. I only. started using a portion of the dosage as some nutramedix products can cause a strong hex reaction. It's a quality ingredient so I back off for a few days and go at it again slowly.
