Out of every product that i have tried for constipation, nothing beats this. Whenever I go onto a serious diet, or do fasting, I have a problem with elimination. These are wonderful! Neither senna tea nor magnesium taken on an empty stomach could help ease my constipation (these two usually work for most people). Cascara sagrada works like magic! Cascara sagrada is a herb that covers the laxative effect. Attention, the effect is strong enough and I do not recommend anyone to joke with the dosage. Firstly, it can cause serious damage to your health (intestinal irritation, obesity, etc.) And secondly, increased dosage can "knock you out" for several hours. So this is no joke.
