The quality of these strawberry melatonin melts was great! The ingredients, size and dosage are perfect. They benefit good sleep and especially helped my son. The strawberry taste is yummy and 1 mg was all he needed, so the dose was great! They melt great and are better than other brands.
Really happy I tried this product on my children. It was especially useful setting up a new sleep routine when daylight savings kicked in (here in NSW Aus). I found my usually hyperactive kids took significantly less time to relax and go to sleep. I trialled it one night and i felt the effects instantly! Really great product
For a long time our 6 year old struggled to sleep. Even after a long day of school and play he could never wind down and get to sleep like his brother. Then we found this melatonin after hearing about if from friend's and our night time bed routine has never been the same again! The size is a small chewable tablet which he says tastes great, dosage is only one tablet. He winds down once taking it and is able to fall asleep so much easier. He now has a restful good night's sleep and feels better in the morning. This product works and I highly recommend it!
I've done research on melatonin for sleep. You only need 500 micrograms, or half a milligram. I can get to sleep with half of one of these pleasant strawberry wafers. Taking too much melatonin is not really better. Your body only makes 1 milligram a day, and exceeding that is not usually a good idea.
We tried the gummies, but my daughter didnt like them, hence moving to the strawberry tablets - which went down well. I tried one myself and found the flavour pleasant I want to cry, because for the 1st time in a VERY long time my daughter lay down and went to sleep without the horrendous battle that we normally have every night. I gave her the tablet at 8pm and she was asleep by 9pm which is early for her - usually it would be anywhere between 10-11pm. We have tried to work her sleep routine backwards just a little bit at a time as recommended but it just wasnt working, it was like her body clock was completely out of sync. Im hoping that by having her to sleep at a much better time, that the morning will be more pleasant too (fingers crossed).
My daughter likes the taste and one tablet is sufficient to help her go to sleep quickly. It was a nightmare before we started using this to get my daughter to settle often taking 3 hours for her to go to sleep. Now she is asleep within 30 minutes of taking this tablet.
My 5yo has been having trouble getting to sleep, often awake for 2-3 hours after bedtime. This has worked really well for her. We initially tried just a 1mg dose but that wasn’t enough. 2mg and she’s asleep by 8:15. She loves the flavour as well, so there’s been no complaints. Also the shipping to Australia only took about a week.
It's recommended by a friend of mine and I like it too after I tried. Now I decided to buy it again and again. It's easy to take and tasty. No water needed. 1 mg is good for me as I would not like heavy dose for melatonin.
I tried these melatonin pills to experiment with the dosage. I found out I needed a higher dosage, so ended up taking 2-3 each night. They seem to be of high quality and were effective in making me fall asleep on most nights. They really do dissolve fast, come in a very convenient size and have a sweet strawberry taste, which I liked.
