I like these as a quick fix to calm down. Might be a placebo effect, but when i feel stressed or know their is a stressful day ahead I take a few and truly see a difference. Nothing complete magic, but overall a calming effect
I'm using Natrol's 5HTP 100mg time-release pills for much time and I love them. this time, I took these ones, and unfortunately, I didn't feel much (or any) effect, so I won't buy them anymore. And also, it contains Wheat and Xylitol which caused me bloating (I suffer from SIBO)
The product is very good. Eat and feel good. Got satisfactory results, packaging is quite beautiful
