If you really want to have something carbs while staying on your ketogenic diet I recommend using this flour to cook up some pancakes. I think it’s really easy to go overboard especially if you use the same brand’s syrup so be careful to read the instructions and nutrition at the back.

Lakanto make some excellent keto products and this is no exception - it makes great pancakes and waffles. I've used various keto/low carb pancake mix options and have found all of them to be good in their own way (with different textures, flavours, ingredients, ingredients you have to add in, etc). Yes, I could make my own, but it's much more convenient to have one bag with all the dry ingredients in it than it is to buy several bags of special ingredients and make it up yourself. All in all other great Lakanto product.
