I have been taking this product for the last few years to help control my body sugar level. I like that apart from the main aged garlic content, it also have Salacia, Bitter Melon, Chromium Picolinate n Niacin added. So far, my sugar level has been below 6.5 consistently. Great supplement!

I don't measure my blood sugar regularly so it's hard to say how good this product is for blood sugar balancing. However, I can say that it is very potent. When I take this in the morning I definitely feel some almost immediate effect. I am not sure exactly what it's doing but I do feel different when I take it.

I bought for my father, and my father said it’s good. The effect might be slower because it’s herbs. But i am looking forward to see the good effects of this product for my father’s health

Good quality and free of preservatives. Not a small size capsule but nevertheless it is easy to swallow. Packaging is practical. Overall a good, healthy supplement

It does help a lot in balance my blood sugar, weight lost not too much. have took about 5 bottle so far. now a day i dont have urge to snack after meal.

Not sure if it's reducing blood sugar as I'm only taking one but my A1C was down last doc visit. Was looking for natural blood sugar reducer.

i bought this have it before meal and have it together with Nature's Way,Blood Sugar Manage as after meal, seems to bring down the sugar in shorter time, previously i need to fast almost 15+hrs to get sugar to 6.+mmol/L , with this about 13hrs able to achieve same result, so far its been a week, hope it improves more over longer period of consumption. And a added benefit, it help reduce my BP too ,the aged garlic does help in this way it seems, prev BP was 140-150/80-90, this bring BP to below 130/80 which is so great, recommended, will continue to buy.

I have been using for several years. My blood work shows normal. I was told I was pre-diabetic before using this.
