I have had cracks in my heels since childhood. For the last 5 years or so I've been buffing regularly, but there were still some stubborn cracks that I could just not get rid of. I tried this product when it was on sale. It says it will take 4-6 weeks of consistent use to work--and that is accurate. My heels are now crack free! The progress felt slow, but I used it nightly and really massaged it in, and sure enough it gradually worked out the cracks without any negative side effects. No peeling, no burning. Very simple. Happy with results. I've continued to use it on my uncracked heels to keep away new cracks. I wish it would soften them a little more. They are not rough, but not soft.
