Okay, settle in because I have quite a few things I'd like to say about these magical little chocolate balls of calming goodness.
Firstly, it's genius. I know lots of suppliers are doing supps as gummies now - personally I've found most of them are gross - but putting them in CHOCOLATE is a whole other level, especially when that chocolate is also delicious (its quality chocolate not crappy medicine el cheapo stuff) and fair trade, while the candy shell uses non-GMO ingredients.
Secondly, it actually seems to work and quick. I just had four at 9am for "research purposes", and almost straight away I felt noticeably much more calmer and relaxed. It's actually really cool.
Yesterday when I took four around 90 mins apart, I felt more focused and was able to get into a massive project I'd been putting off for literally months.
Thirdly, went straight out and purchased the kids version for my daughter in both the calming and multi. I'm going to hazard a guess this is a supplement she'll probably be very happy to have daily.
Basically I'm in love. Sure I wish it was cheaper but honestly right now, I'd say it's worth it especially if you can get it on sale which should be easy given how often Herb runs them ;)
And while I try to eat sugar free/keto-ish, I'd happily just eat steak and eggs with a little avocado if this was my source of daily carbs.
