I have been anaemic for years and I was unable to absorb iron (which usually happens through the intestine). I started taking this a year ago alongside an iron supplement and my iron levels are in the normal range! I never suffered with stomach issues so I can't comment from that perspective but I am getting much more minerals & vitamin adsorption since taking these. Would recommend. Unfortunately this item is no longer shipped to my country so I hope I can find something just as good.

In my opinion, this the only probiotics worth taking. They are naturally fermented over the years from organic produce so not some lab "quick fix". As my microbiome is generally in a healthy state, I only take them occasionally so a box last over a year and they don't need to be kept in the fridge, which is helpful as well.

This probiotic has been around for years. Very potent. I took it daily for a year, then stopped. I take one package a year now just to replenish my bowel flora. I realized I was calmer and happier after taking the product. Excellent quality and doesn't need refrigeration. Pills are small and easy to swallow.
this is the only probiotics that works for me, and i have tried many brands. i take this for regular bowel movement, as i have constipation. i used to take 1 capsule per day, but the effects wore off after a year or so, and i needed to take 2 each time, but this item is very expensive, but the only probiotic that works for me

Tried to find the best quality really working probiotics for constant use for a very long time and I think that its my best option for now. Really improves digestion and effect is visible after 1 week already. This supplement contains really balanced ingredients where we can find probiotics + prebiotics + postbiotics. Of course the price is biting a little bit but it's ok for me to pay for really working product.
I wanted to buy a probiotic that can be stored in the refrigerator. I took this in the morning and evening for the last 5 days, and that solved my IBS problem quite a lot. My whole family has been taking this probiotics for many years. It has proven time over time its effectiveness. We found that it is especially effecitive to help one recover from food poisoning, thus we always carry it with us while we travel, For light stomach upset, just take one pill, for sever food poisoning, take two pills every few hours will help one reover pretty fast. Its size is quite small so it is very easy to swallow even without water. It is very easy for my body to absorb and it has helped with my gut health over the years.
I have tried many probiotics before using Dr. Ohhira’s probiotics and none seem to affect me as beneficially as these. Even using other probiotics with a high probiotic bacteria count of 100 billion or more(and also costing a lot) are nowhere near as effective as this product is. The cost is high but absolutely worth it!
