The previous reviews I read before buying the sleeve are true! the thigh band is so tight it can cut off your blood circulation! its unfortunate because the size is okay but the thigh band is really tight, I tried to wear it but can't leave it for long my leg would go numb! As for the effect of the sleeve, I bought it because I stand for too long during work and my knee would become tender after a long day so elastic bandages would help to reduce the pain but its loosen after awhile. Bottom line is look for another brand
