I love that this bone broth is grass fed and pasture raised and includes turmeric for an extra anti inflammatory component. This did not upset my stomach and they seem to help my gut issues and I see improvements in my skin and hair too! They recommend 6 capsules so I split them up so I take 2 at each meal which makes it easier for me. Would definitely recommend to incorporate this quality bone broth collagen supplement into your daily routine.

I really love that this bone broth is from Grass-fed, pasture raised beef. That is how I buy my beef for regular eating. These capsules don't leave any weird aftertaste. The extras in it like Turmeric and Ashwaganda are just bonuses. I find takeing a good quality collagen helps with any gut issues I have going on. I have tried some gummy ones in the past, but I realized the amount of collagen in those is really not theraputic at all. You need to take 6 capsules of these daily, and I take half with breakfast and half with dinner to make it easier.

I've been needing a good collagen supplement with quality ingredients and came across this brand. I love the ingredients in this but was a bit concerned about the ashwagandha. I tried taking an ashwagandha supplement from a great company but had a negative side effect from it but this has not bothered me in any way. I'm already taking a turmeric supplement so a little extra won't hurt. The taste isn't bad at all and there's no after taste either. I love that this is in easy to swallow capsules, too.
