My favourite kind of iron - I prefer liquid iron and this one is my go to. The supplement helps me with iron deficiency and even though the size is not large, it lasts me quite a while. The product is of great quality and I stopped using other brands. Oh it tastes OK, normal taste for liquid iron
My kid liked the taste of this supplement and was always excited to take his vitamins, great quality. It is important to avoid iron deficiency. It is a little pricey but it’s important to use a good quality supplement when really wanting the body to absorb it properly. I can recommend this.
Our autistic son has been iron deficient for a while and, after trying several iron supplements (liquid, tablets, granules), IronUp is the only one that doesn’t have a strong metallic taste and he will drink it with zero fuss (mixed with juice, though, not by itself). Definitely recommend if you have a child that has oral sensory issues and vitamin deficiency. It has a metallic taste but is not too strong if mixed with fruit juice.
My second order, for my mom, who had a very low iron levels in her blood results. she tried a couple of company's iron, she says this is the only one that has a tolerable taste. Her iron levels had improved and she is less tired.
I was looking for an iron supplement to give my 10 year old daughter who was low in iron. She likes this as she only has to have a tiny dose to give her all the iron she needs. Easier to take than a tablet. Tastes ok.
