A proprietary blend of Magnolia (Magnolia officinalis) and epimedium (Epimedium koreanum), as well as phosphatidylserine from soy lecithin are included in Cortisol Manager
Adults take 1 tablet before bedtime or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Increase to 2 tablets during times of high stress. For nightly use.
